Comments Policy
Although blog comments and correspondance is always welcome here’s some things to keep in mind:
All comments are moderated and I have several layers of spam-filtering in place.
Belligerent, ill-mannered communications will almost certainly receive a negative response. And if you are too much of a jackass, you will more than likely find yourself starring in one of my blog posts where I will gleefully make sport of you.
Blog comments should be germane to the post you are commenting on.
While I appreciate relevant links in your comments blatant self-promotion is normally frowned upon and I may not approve the post if I feel it doesn’t add value to a real discussion of the topic.
While I don’t have any specific word limitations on commentary, I don’t think anyone — especially and including myself, is interesting in reading your post-grad dissertation or a mad, incoherent rambling that goes on forever without finding a point.
