I’ve made no secret of my battle to lose weight. Yesterday, I started charting my diet and exercise routine online and what I discovered was interesting. While my weight has remained unchanged since March, according to the results of the online calculator, I should be losing about 5 pounds per week. Yesterday, alone, I should have lost a pound. I’ve been going over it and over it — according to my latest blood work, my TSH levels are back to normal (thanks to the thyroid medicine), so shouldn’t I be able to lose weight? I’m on a fairly strict diet. I exercise every day. I’m at the point of desperation now. Maybe it’s time for weight loss pills.
