Stemulite?
If you’ve been reading some of my recent posts, you’ve heard me blathering on about fitness and how it’s especially important for writer’s given the amount of time they spend sitting on their duff. Given my own health and fitness concerns, I’ve been searching for a supplement that I can add to my daily exercise regime. Stemulite seemed like a good choice at first glance. Probably, given the ingredients, you’d probably lose some weight, but I’m skeptical of it’s overall effect on total fitness. I’d be more interested if I knew someone who’d actually taken the product and could claim that they’d benefited. After all, paid endorsements from pro athletes who may or may not actually use the product isn’t all that convincing because I’m not as fit as a pro athlete and don’t expect to be. Also, at 60 bucks per monthly supply, it’s kind of pricey. I’m thinking you could probably do better with a little yoga and a protein shake.
Registry Cleaners
I mentioned a while back that I was having some issues with my printer. I have since solved this problem, but part of the solution involved going into Windows REGEDIT and manually deleting the printer settings from the registry. If you don’t know anything about this, the registry is where the settings for all your programs are saved on your computer. And if you don’t know anything about the registry, it’s probably not a good idea for you to delete anything manually. However, you’d be surprised how often problems with your PC can be fixed by simply cleaning out your registry with a registry cleaning problem. If you don’t have a registry cleaning program, you can check out registry cleaner reviews to find more info on the subject. In addition to the usual brand-name registry cleaners, several good alternatives are offered as shareware or even freeware on various sites, including download.com.
You Gotta Be Fuckin’ Kiddin’ Me Pt. 7
Apparently, Bristol Palin’s ex-boytoy/baby daddy is thinking about “writing” a tell-all book about the Palin family provided he gets a million dollar advance. I’m thinking that this one won’t happen. For one thing, Palin supporters (and I’m sure she still has a few knuckleheads out there who think she’s A-OK) won’t be interested and the rest of us just want Palin to stay in Alaska and settle back into obscurity — a tell-all book will only bring her back into the public eye. For another thing, does anyone really care about what a 19 year-old, high school dropout has to say about anything? And, third, is there really that much about Palin and her family that isn’t known at this point? Short of some really juicy revelation like incest or that Palin’s oldest is a flaming homosexual who was in a threesome with Levi and Bristol, I doubt anyone would buy the book and publishers, in this economy, aren’t likely going to pay-out a million dollars for a book without strong pre-sales.
On the other hand, I’ve been wrong before and a book by Levi Johnson would be a true sign of the Apocalypse.
